What happens if my item is out of stock?

If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to advise a revised shipping date. We'll give you the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund.

Can I get overnight express delivery?

Yes. Overnight express is available to most metropolitan areas. You need to confirm this at the time of placing your order — orders will default to road freight if express is not specified. Contact us before ordering if you need guaranteed overnight delivery.

I placed my order after 1 PM — when will it ship?

Orders received after the 1 PM AEST cut-off on business days, or orders placed on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

My tracking hasn't updated since I received the email — is something wrong?

This is normal. Tracking is created when the shipping label is generated, but it only activates after the carrier scans the parcel at their end-of-day pickup. Allow until the next business morning for tracking to show movement. If there's still no update after 2 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Do you ship to PO boxes or remote locations?

We ship to virtually any address in Australia, including regional and remote locations. PO box delivery depends on the carrier assigned to your order — we recommend contacting us before ordering if you're in a very remote area so we can confirm the best delivery option for your location.

How long does delivery take to regional or remote QLD?

Road freight to regional Queensland typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Remote locations such as outback stations or Cape York areas may take longer. If you're in a remote location and need a product urgently, contact us and we'll advise the fastest available option.
